SUMMARY:Eesti Tuuleenergeetika konverents 2022
DESCRIPTION:The first day of the conference will focus on the external experience and technological developments in wind energy\, and will be predominantly in English.\nWe are looking for answers to questions:\nHow have the wind energy flagships of the Netherlands and the UK built up their own large-scale wind energy sector?\nHow have the Netherlands and the UK engaged communities and made wind farms part of the community?\nWhat are the new wind turbines today and what technology can be expected in new wind farms in Estonia?\nHow can security of supply be ensured through large-scale storage?\nHow can unmanaged wind farms be seamlessly connected to the national grid?\nThe second day will focus inwards and we will design Estonia’s own wind energy model. The second day of the conference will be predominantly in Estonian.\nWe will look for answers to these questions:\nWhat do Estonians think about wind energy today?\nDoes the local benefit model create common goals for the community and the wind farm?\nWhat are the new jobs in wind energy?\nWhat are the constraints today and tomorrow\, and how can we find common ground between the different goals and objectives of the country?\nWhat is the best wind energy development model for Estonia? \nAn exhibition area will be open to showcase Estonian wind energy projects and innovative solutions.\nThe conference is free of charge.\nThe conference will be chaired by Johannes Tralla.\nThe conference is organised by the Estonian Wind Energy Association\, Taltech\, the British Embassy in Estonia and the Embassy of the Netherlands.
