Klaipeda port plays a significant role in bridging the exchange of cargo and goods between Eastern and Western Europe. Soon this traditional role will be expanding\, as Lithuania will announce a first offshore wind park project development tender in 2023. This booming offshore business will have an impact on business development\, investments\, employment\, competences\, and infrastructure in general. It will require a sting of new services\, competencies and industries\, which could help ensuring economic growth and prosperity for Klaipeda port and Klaipeda region. The upcoming conference will focus on the investment plans\, the green and blue business opportunities and the possibilities for regional partnerships. We hope it will provide a good platform for the exchange of best practices and will create new business opportunities for both countries.
