SUMMARY:Offshore Wind Conference 2022
DESCRIPTION:Freshly energised from COP26 on our doorstep\, Scottish Renewables will bring together one of Scotland’s most exciting climate-friendly industries to review the state of our offshore wind ambitions. With the outcome of the ScotWind leasing round expected in advance of the conference\, we’ll bring together experts from across industry\, supply chain and stakeholders to analyse the results and inform the audience. \nFor our existing offshore projects\, 2022 will also see the highly-anticipated result of the fourth CfD round\, and there will be progress on new seabed leasing for innovation and oil and gas decarbonisation. Our programme will focus in particular on bringing together a diverse set of supply chain voices\, and on exploring the big consenting challenges facing our growing offshore sector. Overall\, this event aims to provide an energetic start to what will be a vital year for our offshore ambitions to 2030 and beyond.
