DESCRIPTION:JOIN US AT POLISH-FRENCH OFFSHORE DAY! \nFocus on Local Industry Creation in Offshore wind sector: Business Case of the first Offshore Wind Farm in France\n\n \n \nWe would like to invite our readers to a unique event for the offshore wind energy industry in Poland – the “Polish-French Offshore Day” which will take place in Gdansk the 13th of September. EDF Renewables\, the organiser of this event\, and its key partners will come back to their local content experience gained over 10 years of local offshore industry creation\, focusing on a dialogue on the first French Offshore Wind Farm (Saint-Nazaire\, 480 MW) that will be commissioned by the end of the year. \nThe Polish-French Offshore Day will provide an opportunity to learn about the French experience and key success factors in the creation of a Offshore local industry (around 7 000 jobs on stage one in France)\, with a particular focus on integrating local companies into the supply chain. \nEDF Renewables has applied for location permits in Poland in 10 of the 11 available areas for the construction of offshore wind farms under the so-called second phase of the offshore program in Poland. \nEntities interested in cooperation with EDF Renewables in Poland will have the opportunity to meet with EDF Renewables’ Procurement Department through direct B2B meetings.  \nFormula: hybrid event \nEvent venue: Gdansk Entrepreneurship Incubator STARTER ul.
