SUMMARY:CONFERENCE ‘COMPETENCIES FOR OFFSHORE WIND’
DESCRIPTION:About the Conference\nThe attainment of global\, European and Polish offshore wind ambitions is largely conditioned by the availability of qualified personnel. The offshore wind sector in Europe will create hundreds of thousands of jobs in the next decade.  Also in Polish offshore wind thousands of jobs from a wide spectrum professions will be available in the oncoming years. \n\nWill relevant professionals be available in the job market?\nHow can Poland benefit from the international experience in developing competencies for offshore wind?\nIs the education system ready to provide adequate competencies for the dynamic sector?\n\nThese compelling questions will be addressed during the ‘Competencies for Offshore Wind’ conference.
