YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Renewable Emerging Regions Poland is looking for candidates for the Management Assistant position. The purpose of these positions is to develop motivated professionals with high potential through close interaction with management. The positions will provide a unique opportunity to learn about the company’s activities and gain experience from management tasks and challenges through close interaction with the Head of EMR POL.

  • Pro-actively support and advice CM related to business unit goals and agenda
  • Coordinate and prepare CM internal and external briefing notes, presentations and speeches
  • Coordinate and support preparation and quality assurance of corporate documents
  • Coordinate preparation of memos and presentations
  • Coordinate relevant CM presentation material in cooperation with business / staff
  • Support in planning and coordination of management meetings
  • Support the management committee members in various tasks/projects as needed
  • Together with CM, contribute to an effective cooperation and dialogue with other relevant management teams
  • Be an active participant in actual MC meetings supporting CM, and responsible for timely delivery of agenda documents prior to the meeting
  • Contribute to an effective consolidation of reports, analysis, presentations i.e. on behalf of actual management team
  • Ensure close dialogue and good working relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead and/or participate in selected projects
