\n10:40: Session 1:<\/strong> Presentation and group facilitation – Clearing a path for our future workforce.<\/em><\/strong> Following a brief introduction to the Wind Turbine Entry Level Training (WiTEL) framework, delegates will be joined by facilitators at their tables to share\u00a0insights and give feedback. Topics will include the practical benefits that the\u00a0(WiTEL) Framework\u00a0can offer to\u00a0training providers, employers and the workforce, and the support that is required to implement the framework\u00a0successfully.
\n12:00: Buffet lunch in Atrium, opportunities for networking between GWO Member Representatives and Forum delegates.<\/p>\n

\n\u200d<\/strong>13:00: Session 2:<\/strong> Presentation and panel discussion – Mapping the routes to success.<\/em><\/strong> This session will in three parts. First, leading GWO members will explain how they perceive the benefits of the Framework and why they\u00a0encourage its use and adoption around the world. Then, GWO Business Analytics Manager, Andrea\u00a0Scassola\u00a0will present the latest GWO Workforce Forecast,\u00a0demonstrating where the most significant gaps exist between current training supply and the total\u00a0addressable market. A panel discussion of leading GWO members, including questions from the audience, will close the session.
\n14:00:Break with coffee and light refreshments
\n14:20: Session 3:<\/strong> Feedback and facilitation, panel discussion – Adopting a new framework for safety &training.<\/em><\/strong> This session will focus on how the Global Community of Safety & Training can get the support\u00a0they need to successfully deliver a full portfolio of GWO standards. Facilitators from session 1 will summarize the key feedback from the morning discussions. The chair will organise these into themes for discussion between the audience and the panel.

\n\u200d<\/strong>16:00: Keynote presentation from Mandy Hickson<\/strong>, former British RAF fighter pilot. Mandy\u2019s remarkable insights into decision making under extreme pressure will focus on the role instructors have played in her development.
\n17:00: GWO Safety & Training Awards 2022.<\/strong> Presentation of Training Team of the Year Awards, Young Achiever of the Year Award, and the Achievement Award.
