Three German companies combine their forces in the offshore wind sector

Three German companies – OWS Off-Shore Wind Solutions (OWS), Dipl.-Ing. H. Sitte & Co. Schiffsinstallationen KG, Dipl.-Ing. H. Sitte & Co. KG, Dipl.-Ing. H. Sitte & Service KG (Sitte) oraz Wind Multiplikator (WM) – announced a global partnership in the offshore and onshore wind sector.

The companies have decided to join operational forces in the increasingly competitive wind energy market. The partnership combines OWS’s experience in wind project operation and implementation, Sitte’s experience in onshore and offshore electrical engineering, and WM’s extensive operational and project management know-how. The companies want to jointly provide services focused on onshore and offshore wind asset and operations management.

As wind farm performance optimization and asset management play an increasingly important role for owners and operators, this complementary collaboration aims to develop strategies, systems and solutions that improve wind farm operations and stable power generation.

This partnership brings together three industry experts whose teams have been a part of the offshore wind industry since its inception.
