– Realignment strengthens operational structures and accelerates growth in dynamic market environment

Berlin – windpunx GmbH & Co. KG and solarpunx GmbH & Co. KG have realigned their management structure in order to meet increased market demands and accelerate the development of their organizational structures. The aim is to further strengthen the operational performance of both companies and create the basis for sustainable growth.

Since October 1, 2025, Heinz-Georg Strickmann has taken over sole management of both companies. With his many years of sales and business development experience and his eye for complex market mechanisms, he will drive forward the strategic development of both companies and establish new services in the field of renewable energies.

“We are in an extremely dynamic growth phase. The new structure gives us the necessary momentum to further expand our market position and offer our customers an even broader service portfolio.”

Sebastian Brosch is taking on the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to focus more on technical aspects and is assuming operational technology management at windpunx. In doing so, he is supporting the company’s growth plans, particularly in the areas of technical services and quality assurance.

At the same time, Timo Basowski is joining the solarpunx management team as Head of Operations. He will take over the operational management of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) division and focus on establishing scalable structures for further growth.

“For me, operational scaling means creating structures that grow with the company,” says Basowski.
