Janusz Bil has been appointed the new CEO of ORLEN Neptun, the company responsible for the development of offshore wind projects in the ORLEN Group.
Janusz Bil is a graduate of the Technical University of Lodz and the University of Lodz. Throughout his professional career he has been associated with the energy sector, gaining extensive experience in various managerial positions, both in Poland and abroad. He worked, among others, in PGE Dystrybucja, the Energy Regulatory Office, Stoen, Vattenfall Poland, ENEA SA and Ramboll Poland.
Prior to his position at ORLEN Neptun, Janusz Bil served, among others, as Director of Energy and Renewables at the British Embassy in Warsaw and Country Manager at Forte Renewables Poland. His long-standing experience in the energy industry and international project management skills will be key in the further development of offshore wind energy in the ORLEN Group.
