The Baltic East offshore wind farm project is set to host a Supplier Day on April 16th, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Warsaw – The HUB, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The event aims to provide a platform for knowledge exchange and discussions on development opportunities within the offshore wind sector.

The Supplier Day will focus on presenting the project’s status and key assumptions, along with outlining the perspectives and requirements for suppliers across different supply chain levels (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3). Key areas of discussion will include:

  • Supply Chain Management & Planning
  • Procurement (including the Connect platform)
  • Offshore and Onshore Substations (OSS & ONS)
  • Foundations (FOU) and Transition Pieces (TPs)
  • Offshore and Onshore Cables (CAB)
  • Wind Turbines (WTG)
  • Operations & Maintenance, Ports (O&M)
  • Transport & Installation (T&I)
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Geoscience

A key feature of the event will be a panel discussion involving representatives from the offshore wind sector and public administration. The discussion will center on building a strong, resilient, and competitive supply chain model for Phase II offshore wind projects, scheduled through 2040.

The Supplier Day is open to all interested parties, but prior registration is required. The event aims to offer practical insights on how to increase the chances of joining the offshore wind supply chain.
