On March 30–31, 2026, at The Westin Warsaw Hotel, the 43rd edition of the EuroPOWER & OZE POWER Energy Conference will take place – one of the most important meetings of regulators, leaders of energy companies, and energy market experts in Poland. The event will be a space for substantive debate on the directions of energy transformation in the context of security, economic competitiveness, and social responsibility.

This year’s agenda focuses on the key question: how to conduct the energy transition in a way that is safe, predictable, and socially acceptable.

The first day of the conference will be opened by representatives of the Program Council and the government. The inaugural debate, “A future powered by responsibility – customers, innovation, and security in Poland’s energy transition,” will focus on, among other things, energy policy until 2050, the power market, investment gaps, national and EU regulations, and the resilience of the system in the face of new geopolitical and market challenges.

An important part of the conference will be a discussion on Polish nuclear energy, both in the context of large nuclear projects and the role of SMRs. Participants will discuss issues related to financing, licensing, building national competencies, and preparing technological and regulatory infrastructure.

There will also be topics related to the digitization of the sector – from the implementation of critical communications infrastructure, through the development of AI in the energy sector and real-time data management, to the integration of systems and the building of a sovereign data architecture. Experts will answer the question of how to move from pilot projects to widespread implementation and how to use technology as a real tool for building operational resilience.

The second day of the event will focus on the sector’s relationship with energy consumers. The focus will be on communication, education, and countering misinformation, as well as building public acceptance for investments and the costs of transformation.

The program will also include debates on regulation and connections, system flexibility, the development of energy storage facilities, the integration of renewable energy sources, biogas and biomethane, network modernization, and the future of heating in the context of EU policy and decarbonization. Participants will also discuss offshore and onshore issues, from the challenges of the Baltic Sea to repowering and new opportunities for Polish wind energy.

The conference will be a place for real dialogue between the administration, regulators, investors, system operators, industry, and representatives of the financial sector. It is a space for discussions on specific legislative solutions, financing models, public-private partnerships, and mechanisms that will determine the pace and quality of the transition in the coming years.

We invite everyone who wants to actively participate in shaping the future of the Polish energy sector—from regulation and strategy to technology and operational implementation—to participate in the 43rd EuroPOWER & OZE POWER Energy Conference.
