The Norwegian Offshore Wind cluster is organising a market visit to Poland’s West Pomeranian region on 18–20 August 2026, aimed at suppliers seeking entry points into one of Europe’s fastest-growing offshore wind markets.
The programme centres on the region’s expanding offshore wind ecosystem, including a visit to the Świnoujście Offshore Terminal, Poland’s first dedicated installation port for offshore wind, developed by ORLEN Neptun. Participants will also visit other sites focused on ports, logistics and industrial production connected to the offshore wind build-out around Szczecin and Świnoujście.
According to the organisers, the visit is intended for companies across the offshore wind supply chain — from manufacturing, logistics, installation and component delivery — that want to understand how the local value chain is being built and to position themselves towards developers, OEMs and tier-one suppliers operating in Poland. The agenda includes B2B meetings with developers and local companies.
The organisers point out that participants will meet actors from across the value chain, from ports to shipyards, OEM-related factories, logistics operators and local suppliers, and can use the visit to identify partners, understand project timelines and build relationships in a scaling market.
West Pomerania is currently one of the most active offshore wind regions in the Baltic Sea. The Świnoujście terminal is booked for 70 per cent of its capacity and already supports projects including Ocean Winds’ BC-Wind and the PGE/Ørsted Baltica 2. Registration details are available through Norwegian Offshore Wind.
