Kėvelaitis stressed that three Baltic states, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, are new and exciting markets for offshore winds. The three states are aiming for offshore wind to be developed in the next decade.

This interview will be part of the BalticWind.EU Special Report WindEurope ElectricCity 2021, which will be available for download on our website next week.
