Nordex Group booked several new orders in Türkiye in September with a combined volume of 389 MW. The contracts cover the supply and installation of 56 turbines from the Delta4000 series, the Hamburg-based manufacturer announced on 7 October.

Each contract includes a multi-year service and maintenance agreement. Turbine type and configuration were selected for the wind conditions, technical requirements and site characteristics of each project, in some cases including energy storage. Construction and commissioning are planned in stages from 2027 to 2028, depending on the individual project schedules.

Nordex did not name the customers or the projects.

“These new orders underline our customers’ continued confidence in Nordex,” said Ender Özatay, Vice President Region Türkiye and Middle East, who described Türkiye as one of the company’s key markets.

Nordex says it has installed more than 64 GW in over 40 markets since 1985 and reported group sales of about €7.6 billion in 2025. It has production sites in Germany, Spain, Brazil, India, Türkiye and the US, and focuses on onshore turbines in the 4 to 7 MW-plus classes. The orders sit outside the Baltic region, but they show where the manufacturer, whose turbines are also installed across Poland and Germany, is filling its order book.
