The company SEMCO ETP RENEWABLES sp. z o.o. in cooperation with Semco Maritime A/S opens a service centre in the Baltic New Technologies Port in Gdynia. The company will allocate over PLN 8 million for this purpose. The investment will create over 40 new jobs. The project will be implemented with the support of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone.

SEMCO ETP RENEWABLES will provide specialist offshore services (e.g. technical consulting, technical design of energy facilities), mainly to Danish company – Semco Maritime A/S. The Company’s offer will focus on services introducing innovative solutions and technologies increasing efficiency and safety, as well as reducing energy consumption in logistic processes connected with offshore wind energy. The implementation of the project includes hiring new employees to provide specialized services. Specialties include, but are not limited to. design engineers, mechanical engineers, 3d engineers, automation engineers, HV engineers, planners, safety engineers, and other specialists. purchasing and contracting, HVAC engineers.

SEMCO ETP RENEWABLES sp. z o.o. will be located in the Baltic Port of New Technologies in Gdynia, at 3 Czechoslovacka Street.

Thanks to the strategic decision of Semco Maritime A/S to open an office in Poland, with the support of the ETP Group and the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, the newly established JV company, SEMCO ETP RENEWABLES, will create specialized jobs. Our specialists will be involved in the processes of preparation, construction and operation of wind farms in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea, and other similar projects implemented by Semco Maritime A/S around the world. Pomeranian Special Economic Zone has already issued 50 decisions of support this year, which is a record number for the Company. The total value of declared investment outlays exceeded PLN 1.3 billion. The investors have declared the creation of 409 new jobs.
