European Energy has extended its asset management agreement with Enea Nowa Energia, a subsidiary of the Polish utility Enea, covering six wind farms in Poland. The Danish company will continue to provide technical management services for the portfolio until the end of 2027.
The six sites are Liskowo (38.8 MW), Kołobrzeg (19.25 MW), Siemyśl (6.3 MW), Białogard (7.875 MW), Grzmiąca (6 MW) and Drawsko II (5.25 MW), with a combined capacity of more than 83 MW. Enea Nowa Energia acquired them in May 2025 as part of the Zephyros portfolio transaction, after which European Energy, the original developer, continued running the assets.
“Extending our cooperation with Enea Nowa Energia demonstrates the value of combining project development expertise with long-term operational capabilities,” said Jacob Saust Johansen, who heads asset management and operations at European Energy. The agreement covers operational oversight, performance monitoring, maintenance planning and contractor management.
The extension reflects European Energy’s growing focus on managing renewable assets for third-party owners across Europe. Poland remains one of its key markets, where it has developed, built and divested projects over several years while keeping an operational presence through long-term service contracts.
