Nordex Group booked orders for 2,810 MW in its projects segment in the third quarter of 2026, up 29.5% from 2,170 MW a year earlier. The figure excludes the service business. Order intake for the first nine months reached 7,733 MW, 16.1% more than the 6,661 MW recorded in the same period of 2025.

Between July and September, customers ordered 427 turbines for projects in 10 countries. Turkey was the largest single market with more than 900 MW, followed by Germany and the United States. The company said it has booked more than 1.3 GW in the US since the start of the year.

The average selling price was EUR 0.90 million per MW in the third quarter, against EUR 0.93 million a year earlier, and EUR 0.93 million for the nine months (EUR 0.92 million in 2025). Nordex attributed the movement mainly to project size and regional mix, and described the price environment as stable.

“Our order intake is becoming increasingly international, and the third quarter confirms that trend,” said CEO José Luis Blanco. He added that orders in Europe and Germany remain strong and that the international share is expected to keep growing as the pipeline converts into orders. Nordex, headquartered in Hamburg, focuses on onshore turbines in the 4 to 7 MW-plus classes.
