Nordex Group has received an order from Navaris for the 42 MW Lambacher Höh wind farm in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The contract covers the supply and installation of four N163/6.X turbines and two N175/6.X turbines, together with a 20-year Premium service agreement.
The site lies south-west of Bitburg, close to the Luxembourg border. All six machines will stand on hybrid towers: the four N163/6.X units at a hub height of 164 metres and the two N175/6.X units at 179 metres. Installation of the first turbine is planned for January 2028, with full commissioning of the wind farm scheduled for July 2028.
Navaris is the German renewables platform of Spain-based Qualitas Energy and has traded under that name since 17 September 2026. According to Nordex, Lambacher Höh is its fourth project with the developer in Germany. Navaris describes a pipeline of more than 3 GW in advanced development, of which over 1.3 GW is already under construction or in operation.
“With the Lambacher Höh wind farm we are realising another project of our German platform,” said Navaris CEO Johannes Overbeck. Karsten Brüggemann, Vice President Region Europe at Nordex, called Navaris a long-standing customer and said the order reflects continued confidence in the company’s turbine technology.
The order is a further sign of steady onshore turbine demand in Germany, where Hamburg-based Nordex is a leading supplier and where new projects increasingly specify tall hybrid towers to reach stronger winds inland.
