WindEurope has opened its call for abstracts for the 2027 Annual Event, which will take place in Copenhagen from 20 to 22 April 2027. The industry association is inviting researchers and practitioners to submit proposals by 4 September 2026.
The organisers are seeking contributions across the wind energy value chain, including wind resource assessment; onshore, offshore and floating turbine technology; installation and operations and maintenance; digitalisation; grid integration and Power-to-X; and environmental and social topics. Accepted submissions will be presented as oral presentations or as research posters.
The WindEurope Annual Event is one of the sector’s larger gatherings, drawing wind energy professionals from across Europe and beyond. Details and the submission form are available on the WindEurope website.
